TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation of an option agreement dated October 24, 2012 to acquire a 100% interest in 426 mining claims located along the Detour Gold Trend, in the province of Quebec.

In consideration, the Company will pay an aggregate of $150,000, of which $100,000 is payable within the first year, and will issue an aggregate of 3,000,000 common shares to the Vendors, 1,875,000 of which to be issued within the first year.

A 1% net smelter royalty ("NSR") will be retained by the Vendors, of which one-half (0.5%) may be repurchased by the Company for a sum of $500,000.
