TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to an Investment Agreement dated July 1, 2012 (the "Agreement") between the Company and Quest Pharma, ("QP") a Korean company represented by Gi-Ho Park.  As per the terms of the Agreement, QP will provide the Company with $8,000,000 to fund the Company's clinical trial programs in exchange for 15,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.05 per share.

Qualifying Transaction:
TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's Qualifying Transaction described in its Information Circular dated February 29, 2012. The closing of the Qualifying Transaction has occurred on October 4, 2012. As a result, at the opening on Monday, October 15, 2012, the Company will no longer be considered as a Capital Pool Company.

The Qualifying Transaction consists of the arm's length acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of Urbanimmersive Inc. ("Urbanimmersive"), as well as the conversion of Urbanimmersive's convertible debentures for a deemed consideration of $6,233,580 via the issuance of 8,311,441 common shares at a deemed issued price of $0.75 per share.

A total of 6,234,466 common shares issued pursuant to the Qualifying Transaction are escrowed pursuant to an Exchange Tier 2 Value Escrow Agreement.

The Company is classified as a "Custom Computer Programming Services" issuer (NAICS Number: 541511).

Resume Trading:

Name Change:
