TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated June 12, 2012 (the 'Agreement') between the Company and Pierre Robert, Garry Windsor, Chris McManus and Fred Ross (collectively the 'Optionors'). The Agreement relates to the Akweskwa Lake Property in Ontario (the 'Property'), and provides the Company with an option to earn up to a 100% interest in the Property. Consideration totals $200,000 and the issuance of 200,000 shares at a deemed price of $0.61 per share, and will be staged over a four-year period. There are no exploration or work commitments, but the Property is subject to a 2% NSR in favour of the Optionors. The Company may purchase one-half of this royalty for $1,000,0000.
