TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to a property option acquisition agreement, dated March 1, 2012, whereby the Company may acquire a 100% interest in the 4 claims comprising the Campbell-Red Lake Property, located in Townships of Willians and Ranger, in the province of Ontario.

Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company will pay $78,000 in cash over four years ($16,000 within the first year) and issue 200,000 common shares following the signing of the Agreement.

The Vendor will retain a 1.75% Net Smelter Return Royalty on the property, one half of which (0.875%) may be re-purchased for $1,000,000.  The Company also retains the right of refusal for the acquisition of the remaining 0.875%.
