TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an arm's length option agreement dated January 12, 2012 between Exploration Aurtois Inc. (the "Company") and Ressources Vantex Ltée ("Vantex"). The Company will have the option to acquire a 75 % interest in the Guillet and Ortona properties (the "Properties") in consideration of $120,000 in cash in monthly payments of $10,000 starting at the signing of the agreement, the issuance of 4,500,000 common shares and the delivery of a prefeasibility study on either one of the Properties presented within 5 years from the date of signing of the agreement. The Company can acquire the remaining 25 % interest in the Properties in consideration of $2,000,000 in cash and a 1 % NSR royalty. The previous owners will receive a 3 % NSR royalty on the Guillet property and a 1 % NSR on the Ortona property. The Vantex NSR can be bought back for $2,000,000 on each of the two properties. The Company can acquire this remaining 25 % interest within a period of 5 years.

TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated August 8, 2011, as amended on August 15, 2011 and November 23, 2011 among Westridge Resources Inc.'s (the 'Company') wholly-owned subsidiary, Minera Westridge S.A. de C.V. ('Minera'), Musgrove Minerals Corp. ('Musgrove') and Mineralez Jazz S.A. de C.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Musgrove, whereby Minera has the option to acquire up to a 100% interest in the Charay Project (the 'Property') located in Sinaloa, Mexico.

Total consideration for an 80% interest in the Property consists of $1,410,000 cash, assuming debt of $258,000, the issuance of 800,000 Company shares and $500,000 in exploration expenditures, all within a one year period. A further cash payment of $1,407,500 and 400,000 Company shares are payable within two years.

To earn the final 20% interest in the Property, $5,000,000 is payable within five years.

A finder's fee of 100,000 shares and 23,076 Units is payable to Fibre-Crown Manufacturing Inc. in connection with this transaction.  Each Unit consists of one share and one half warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable into one Company share at $0.85 for a one year period.
