(the "Company") – Further to TSX Bulletin 2015-0215 dated March 10, 2015, TSX has determined to delist the common shares (Symbol: ANV) of the Company at the close of business on April 16, 2015 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX. The common shares will remain suspended from trading.
