Trulieve-Branded Dispensary to Open in Cincinnati, Ohio

New Hamilton County dispensary will host grand opening celebration Friday, August 29^th

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Aug. 26, 2025 /CNW/ -- Trulieve Cannabis Corp. (CSE: TRUL) (OTCQX: TCNNF) ("Trulieve" or "the Company"), a leading and top-performing cannabis company in the U.S., today announced the opening of a new Trulieve-branded dispensary in Cincinnati, Ohio. Harvest Grows LLC will operate the dispensary under the Trulieve brand through a licensing agreement with the Company.

The dispensary will host a grand opening celebration Friday, August 29, featuring specials and promotional giveaways.

Harvest Grows also operates a Trulieve-branded dispensary at 7420 Oak Point Road in Lorain, while Trulieve operates owned dispensaries at the following locations in Ohio:

• 3674 Maple Avenue, Zanesville
