Trimac Income Fund announces distribution

CALGARY , Nov. 13 /CNW/ - Trimac Income Fund (TSX Symbol TMA.UN) today declared a cash distribution of $0.04 per unit, to unitholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2009 . The distribution is for the month of November 2009 and is payable on December 15, 2009 .

The Fund is an unincorporated, open-ended limited purpose trust created for the purpose of acquiring and holding an indirect interest in Trimac Transportation Services Limited Partnership.
