High Demand for Seats with Snow and Freezing Rain Forecast for Ontario and Quebec
MONTRÉAL, Jan. 15, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - With heavy snow and freezing rain forecasted to hit parts of Quebec and Ontario tonight and tomorrow, VIA Rail reports that demand for seats is continuing to escalate. Knowing that road travel throughout the region will be challenging, VIA Rail says it is once again ready to help travellers outsmart winter. The company indicated that it will add capacity where possible to meet the increased demand, but urges passengers to book as early as possible and to verify departure and arrival times of trains in the affected regions.
