TIO Networks Appoints Bill Burnham to Board of Directors

Technology Investment Veteran Brings Deep Public and Private Company Knowledge and Capital Markets Experience

VANCOUVER, Jan. 29, 2013 /CNW/ - TIO Networks Corp., (TSX-V: TNC) ("TIO" or "TIO Networks"), North America's leading expedited bill payment company, announced today that it has appointed veteran technology sector investor Bill Burnham to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Burnham is the Managing Member and Founder of Inductive Capital, a technology-focused investment fund, which is an institutional shareholder of TIO Networks. Burnham has served on a variety of public company and private company Boards, ranging from public companies to small seed-stage startups. He currently serves on the Boards of two technology-focused, private start-ups. Burnham's investment experience spans both public and private technology companies. On the public side, Burnham was a Senior Research Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, and Piper Jaffray, and was the first analyst on Wall Street to cover the Electronic Commerce Industry. On the private side, Burnham was a Partner at both Softbank Capital Partners, a $1.5 billion late stage investment fund, and Mobius Venture Capital, a $1.25 billion early stage fund.
