VANCOUVER, March 26 /CNW/ - TinyMassive Technologies Inc. (the "Company" or "TinyMassive") The Company is pleased to announce that Andrew Moeck is joining the TinyMassive team by accepting the role of Director and CEO. Mr. Moeck brings over a decade of business development in social media, ad revenue and technology to the company. The Company is also very pleased to announce that Michael St. Hilaire will be joining TinyMassive as the new Chief Operating Officer. Michael St. Hilaire brings a deep understanding of the online business community along with proven development skills to the table.

Interim CEO Chris Morgando will assume the role as Vice President of Corporate Development and will remain as a director of the Company.

Andy Moeck Bio:

Andrew Moeck co-founded ADISN in 2006. As the CEO of this start-up, his role has been developing the proprietary technology (Relationship-Based Targeting and Dynamic Ad Unit) and the business side. ADISN serves relevant display ads catered to each individual or site "on the fly." This digital platform is the new wave of technology, bringing relevancy to the online digital ad space to increase online marketing goals for clients.

ADISN was included in this year's Madison Avenue IT List from AlwaysOn. Each of the 20 award winners were deemed to have the most "creative juice" in formulating and implementing online, mobile, social-network, virtual-world, and especially cross-platform marketing campaigns throughout 2008 (http://alwayson.goingon.com/permalink/post/30845).

In 2004, Andrew Moeck co-founded Teleo, leading all technology functions, directing product advances, driving communications growth, and overseeing research activities. He brought nearly a decade of telecommunications, managerial, and networking experience to the company. Teleo was sold to Microsoft in 2005, for an undisclosed amount.

Prior to joining Teleo, Moeck co-founded Antirion, a leading wireless development firm. Moeck was Chief Technology Officer from 1999 to 2002, when Ticketmaster and leading technology firm SWT acquired operations.

Preceding Antirion, Moeck was Staff Software Engineer for Colorado's wireless software and mobile telecom firm SignalSoft Communications. In this role, Moeck led development and research for local and overseas regional offices introducing key industry wireless phone products that led the way for E-911, carrier-derived location-based services, location-sensitive billing, and fleet tracking applications still globally deployed today.

Earlier, Moeck was Senior Software Engineer for Lockheed Martin, where he developed flight software for the Small Launch Vehicle program successfully deploying more than $4 billion worth of satellites into orbit.

Moeck received his baccalaureate in computer science with a minor in mathematics from Colorado State University.

Michael brings over 20 years of technology experience to the TinyMassive team. His diverse background spans all aspects of a startup environment including operations, sales, product management, competitive marketing, and development management. Michael will be responsible for media buying and planning operations as well as bringing a newly re-tooled TinyMassive site to market.

Prior to joining TinyMassive, Michael was the cofounder of Fliva, Inc, a social networking application provider, and successfully negotiated its purchase by Adisn, Inc in 2006. While at Adisn, he served as EVP Customer Development and was responsible for all account management, media purchasing operations, and was instrumental in establishing several partnerships key to the company's growth and acquisition.

Michael also served as Director of Product Management for Dliveo where he managed the product from early concept to product launch and worked as part of the executive team to define new features and functionality, and manage development releases.

Michael holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Physics from Radford University
