HALIFAX, Aug. 22, 2018 /CNW/ - kneat.com, inc. (TSXV: KSI) ("Kneat") is pleased to announce that another of its tier one pharmaceutical customers is expanding their use of Kneat's software platform. The first contract with this customer was announced in February 2018.
Upon successfully deploying Kneat's software for their commissioning and qualification ("C&Q") process, our customer is now expanding to two new processes. The expansion will convert their test method and metrology computer system validation and C&Q refresh procedures to end-to-end digital processes. Due to the ease of scalability of the Kneat platform, this expansion is expected to be fully complete during the third quarter of 2018.
"We are pleased that our customer is scaling to new processes so quickly after going live with their initial validation process" said Eddie Ryan, Chief Executive Officer of Kneat. "We look forward to continuing our close working relationship to bring these new processes online."
Kneat continues to expand its customer pipeline and user population and will report on further developments as they occur.
Kneat develops and markets the next generation Kneat Gx software platform. Multiple business processes can be configured on the platform from equipment to computer system validation, through to quality document management. Kneat's software allows users to author, review, approve, execute testing online, manage any exceptions and post approve final deliverables in a controlled FDA 21 CFR Part 11/ Eudralex Annex 11 compliant platform. Macro and micro report dashboards enable powerful oversight into all systems, projects and processes world wide. Customer case studies are reporting productivity improvements in excess of 100% and a higher data integrity and compliance standard. For more information visit www.kneat.com.
