VANCOUVER, Sept. 18, 2012 /CNW/ - Third annual Cantech Letter Awards to be held in January 2013 Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange support technology sector awards.
Cantech Letter is pleased to announce that the third annual Cantech Letter Awards will take place on January 11, 2013 at the TMX Broadcast Centre in Toronto.
The event will be hosted and sponsored by Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). The Cantech Letter Awards recognize excellence in Canadian technology stocks. The awards are voted on by a panel of Canada's top technology analysts and the readers of Cantech Letter. Cantech Letter and the award winners will open the trading day on TSX and TSXV on Friday, January 11, 2013, with an official Market Open Ceremony.
This year's awards will feature four separate categories: Canadian Tech Stock of the Year (TSX), Canadian Tech Stock of the Year (TSXV), Canadian Tech Stock Executive of the Year (TSX) and Canadian Tech Stock Executive of the Year (TSXV). This is the first year awards will be presented in a separate category for TSX Venture listed companies. All companies listed in the Technology, Clean Technology and Life Sciences sectors on TSX and TSXV are eligible for awards.
