1. NOW OPEN! Tim Hortons® unveils Back to Hogwarts-themed restaurant takeover in Toronto to celebrate Harry Potter™ collaboration 
   The iconic Tims restaurant exterior has been replaced with a stunning Harry Potter x Tim Hortons design inspired by the collaboration's limited-edition packaging which is full of easter eggs for Harry Potter fans. The interior of the restaurant features a magical makeover with celebratory displays inspired by moments and scenes from the Harry Potter film series including Platform 9 ¾ and the Hogwarts Great Hall – complete with a Sorting Hat themed photo opportunity for guests to experience.
2. RBC creates unified Global Transaction Banking business, combining strengths across leading businesses 
   The combined business brings together RBC's transaction banking capabilities from across Commercial Banking, in Canada and the U.S., and Capital Markets under shared leadership and a single strategy -- connecting relationship coverage, product expertise, technology and execution to deliver greater value for clients. Given this business will support transaction banking services across RBC, this new structure will not change the bank's financial reporting and results will continue to be reported within existing business segments.
3. Scotiabank Announces Dividend on Outstanding Common Shares 
   Scotiabank today announced a dividend on the outstanding common shares of the Bank, payable on October 28, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 6, 2026: Common Shares - Dividend No. 629 of $1.14 per share. Holders may elect to receive their dividends in common shares of the Bank in lieu of cash dividends, in accordance with the Bank's Shareholder Dividend and Share Purchase Plan (the "Plan"). Under the Plan, the Bank determines whether the additional common shares will be purchased on the open market or issued by the Bank from treasury.
4. ROYAL BANK OF CANADA REPORTS THIRD QUARTER 2026 RESULTS

5. THE ROYAL CANADIAN MINT COMMEMORATES THE ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION'S 100TH ANNIVERSARY WITH A NEW $2 CIRCULATION COIN

6. CIBC Announces Third Quarter 2026 Results 
   Canadian Personal and Business Banking reported net income of $948 million for the third quarter, up $136 million or 17% from the third quarter a year ago, primarily due to higher revenue, partially offset by higher non-interest expenses. Adjusted pre-provision, pre-tax earnings were $1,707 million, up $156 million from the third quarter a year ago, as higher revenue was partially offset by higher adjusted⁽¹⁾ non-interest expenses. The higher revenue was mainly driven by higher net interest margin and loan growth.
7. COPPER GIANT ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF C$31 MILLION STRATEGIC FINANCING 
   The Financing comprised subscriptions by Denarius for 40,000,000 Common Shares, and by Frank Giustra, through Sestini & Co. Pension Trustees Ltd. (an investment account controlled and directed by Mr. Giustra), for 2,777,775 Common Shares, resulting in Frank Giustra holding 15.55% of the Company's issued and outstanding Common Shares on a partially diluted basis. In addition, Ian Harris, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, subscribed for 277,775 Common Shares. No finder's fees were payable in connection with the Financing.
8. DENARIUS METALS ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF STRATEGIC INVESTMENT IN COPPER GIANT RESOURCES AND CONCURRENT PRIVATE PLACEMENT WITH TRAFIGURA 
   Denarius Metals Corp. (Cboe CA: DMET) (OTCQX: DNRSF) ("Denarius Metals" or the "Company") announced today that it has closed its previously announced strategic equity investment in Copper Giant Resources Corp. ("Copper Giant") (TSXV: CGNT, OTCQB: LBCMF, FRA: 29H0) through Copper Giant's non-brokered private placement financing (the "Copper Giant Financing"). Pursuant to the Copper Giant Financing, Denarius Metals subscribed for 40,000,000 common shares of Copper Giant at a price of CA$0.72 per share for a total investment of CA$28,800,000.
9. BMO Announces Cash Distributions for Certain BMO ETFs and ETF Series of BMO Mutual Funds for August 2026 
   BMO Asset Management Inc., as manager of the BMO ETFs, and BMO Investments Inc., as manager of the BMO Mutual Funds, today announced the August 2026 cash distributions for unitholders of BMO ETFs and unitholders of exchange-traded series of units of the BMO Mutual Funds (collectively, the "ETF Series")¹ that distribute monthly, as set out in the table below. Unitholders of record of the BMO ETFs and the ETF Series of the BMO Mutual Funds at the close of business on August 28, 2026, will receive cash distributions payable on September 2, 2026.
10. Helcim Raises $53 Million Series C as Banks Exit Small Business Payments
    The financing brings Helcim's total equity raised to $100 million since its 2022 Series A and lifts the company's valuation to $250 million, up from $97 million at its Series B in 2024. It follows a year in which Helcim crossed $150 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), grew its team to 200 people, expanded its merchant base to more than 22,000 active businesses across Canada and the U.S., and is on track to process nearly $10 billion in annual payment volume.
