1. YUL'S P4 PARKING FACILITY BECOMES THE FIRST AIRPORT INFRASTRUCTURE IN CANADA TO ACHIEVE ENVISION-VERIFIED CERTIFICATION 
   "This certification is an important recognition of the work accomplished by our teams and partners. Our ambition has always been to make the P4 parking facility a benchmark project, capable of meeting our users' needs while reducing its environmental footprint.    The next generation of hockey superstars has landed at Tim Hortons. 3. LNG Canada Announces Phase 2 Final Investment Decision 
   LNG Canada today announced that its Joint Venture Participants (JVPs) – Shell, PETRONAS, PetroChina, Mitsubishi Corporation and KOGAS – have taken a Final Investment Decision (FID) on the LNG Canada Phase 2 expansion project in Kitimat, British Columbia, in the traditional territory of the Haisla Nation. The decision marks the next step in LNG Canada's development as a British-Columbia-based Project of National Significance, representing one of the largest private sector investments in Canada, building on LNG Canada's Phase 1.
4. APOTEX HEALTH CORP. ANNOUNCES $1,250 MILLION INAUGURAL SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES OFFERING 
   The Notes will be direct, senior, unsecured obligations of the Company, ranking equally with all other senior unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of the Company. The Notes will be jointly and severally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by certain subsidiaries of the Company. Apotex will use the net proceeds of the Offering to refinance existing indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes. The Notes are being offered on a private-placement basis in each of the provinces of Canada with reliance upon exemptions from the prospectus requirements under applicable securities laws.
5. American Express Unveils Its Next Generation of Aeroplan Cards 
   Across consumer, small business and corporate Cards, new and enhanced benefits will deliver greater value, expanded access and rewarding ways to experience Canada's leading airline loyalty program. The enhancements come as American Express Canada continues to earn recognition for Cardmember experience, recently ranking No. 1 for the second consecutive year among credit card issuers for customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2026 Canada Credit Card Satisfaction Study. The recognition reflects American Express' continued focus on delivering value, benefits and service for Cardmembers.
6. Thousands of London, Ontario residents welcomed the first compact IKEA store in Canada 
   The customer line began at 7:00 AM with contests, giveaways, musical entertainment, and treats from the Swedish Bite. An opening ceremony included a land acknowledgement, remarks from IKEA Canada CEO and Chief Sustainability Officer, Selwyn Crittendon; London Mayor Josh Morgan; IKEA Burlington Market Manager, Daisy Clarke; Ward 12 Councillor Elizabeth Peloza; Member of Provincial Parliament Teresa Armstrong; and Member of Parliament Kurt Holman. A ribbon-cutting ceremony took place before the store officially opened for business and welcomed its first customers at 10:00 AM.
7. National Bank of Canada announces its intention to launch a normal course issuer bid 
   It is expected that this normal course issuer bid will begin on or around October 9, 2026 and will end at the latest on or around October 8, 2027. The actual number of common shares to be purchased, and the timing of any such purchases, will be at the Bank's discretion. The purchases must be made under the normal course issuer bid once all regulatory approvals are obtained, and the common shares acquired will be cancelled. Any purchases will be made through the facilities of the TSX and/or any alternative trading system in Canada. 
8. SOMA GOLD ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF SERGIO RIOS AS PRESIDENT AND GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS 
   Mr. Rios brings nearly 30 years of experience in Central American gold mining. From 2006 to 2014, he served as President of Hemco Nicaragua S.A. ("Hemco"), operator of the Bonanza gold mine, where he helped grow the operation from a 29,000 oz-per-year producer into a diversified natural-resources group. While at Hemco, he designed and implemented the Artisanal Mining Model ("Modelo Bonanza"), which organizes artisanal miners into legalized, accredited cooperatives that deliver ore to a dedicated plant for mercury-free processing, with full traceability from extraction to refinery.
9. BED BATH & BEYOND RETURNS TO CANADA, NOW CANADIAN OWNED AND LED

10. VIZSLA COPPER INTERSECTS HIGH-GRADE SILVER AND GOLD MINERALIZATION AT THE PALMER PROJECT, SOUTHEAST ALASKA
    The results include one of the highest-grade silver drill intersections reported at the Palmer Project to date: 6.1 meters grading 320.2 g/t silver, 2.48 g/t gold and 2.63% zinc. Individual samples within the intersection also returned some of the highest gold grades encountered at Palmer. The 2026 infill drill program at the AG deposit consisted of three drill holes, all of which are now complete; assays from CMR26-211 and CMR26-215 are pending.
