TORONTO, June 13, 2013 /CNW/ - For the first time, Starbucks Canada today is revealing a selection of the tastiest, unpublished barista- created Frappuccino® blended beverages, made especially for the 2013 Canadian summer.

Joining more than 36,000 custom combinations, Starbucks Canada introduces the top barista Frappuccino® blended beverage creations for 2013*:

• Starbucks® café in Saanich, B.C. creates a summer version of holiday beverage, Peppermint Mocha Latte, with the Peppermint Green Tea Frappuccino® blended beverage with Java chips. This minty twist on a West-Coast favourite - the Tazo® Green Tea Frappuccino® blended beverage - features chocolate chips and peppermint syrup in place of classic syrup.
• Toronto's Hudson Bay Centre Starbucks® Café gives bananas the Bollywood treatment creating a Soy No Whip Tazo® Chai Frappuccino®, blended beverage with half a banana and topped with sprinkled cinnamon - a spice-filled, dairy-free Frappuccino® beverage that amplifies Tazo® Chai, one of Starbucks most popular teas.
• Starbucks® cafes in both St. John, New Brunswick, and at Avenue Road and Roe Avenue in Toronto, each put the Starbucks twist on a classic flavour combination with a Starbucks® Vanilla Bean Frappuccino® blended beverage with Java Chips, topped with whipped cream and cookie crumble - perfect for customers who prefer a coffee-free option - as well as a version for coffee lovers: a Starbucks® White Mocha Java Chip Frappuccino® blended beverage topped with whipped cream and cookie crumble - substituting White Mocha syrup for traditional Mocha syrup.
• Whitby, Ontario's Thickson and Nichol Starbucks® café replicates the flavours of one of its best-selling pastries  with the One pump White Mocha, one pump Vanilla, Java Chip Frappuccino® blended with banana - the flavour combination tastes just like the Starbucks® Banana Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake, a customer favourite at this store.
