The second annual Mouth Watering Festival will entice patrons with oyster
tastings at six restaurants in Old Montréal - The world's best oysters will

MONTREAL, Sept. 28 /CNW Telbec/ - Building on last year's undisputed success, the Mouth Watering Festival is back and promises unforgettable oyster experiences at the tables of six celebrated restaurants in Old Montréal. From October 1 to 31, enthusiasts of fine cuisine may savour and be seduced by the most aphrodisiac of morsels: the Malpèque oyster, renowned as the best oyster in the world, The festival's six participating restaurants, Aix Cuisine du Terroir, Méchant Bœuf, Narcisse Bistro + Bar à vin, Vieux-Port Steakhouse, Suite 701 and Verses, will offer an oyster special-13 oysters for $20-in addition to each featuring a signature oyster dish for a delectable epicurean treat.

A winner of the "World's Best Oyster" award, the Malpèque from the Maritime provinces is recognized as one of the finest on the market.
