TORONTO, Sept. 28, 2026 /CNW/ -- The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair returns to Toronto's Exhibition Place from November 6–15, bringing the country to the city for 10 unforgettable days. Celebrating its 104th anniversary, The Royal will once again bring together the best in Canadian agriculture, world-class equestrian sport, culinary talent and family entertainment.

Leading the charge this year are The Royal's newest Ambassadors: Sugar & Spice, twin Angora goats owned by longtime Royal exhibitor and agricultural advocate Becky Vissers. The two-year-old twins made their Royal debut last year in the Youth Goat Show and Goat Education Centre -- and while they may look identical, their personalities are anything but. Spice is calm and easygoing, while Sugar brings plenty of spirited energy to the ring. This fall, the pair will make special appearances around Toronto before welcoming guests throughout all 10 days of The Royal.

The Chef's Table Dining Series presented by ThinkBeef.ca will showcase premier Canadian culinary talent, featuring celebrated chefs such as Jason Bangerter (Langdon Hall), David Schwartz (Linny's), Nuit Regular (PAI), Coulson Armstrong (Prime Seafood Palace), Chef Zach Smith (Fat Rabbit & Les Incompetents) and Chef Ben Lim (The Lunch Lady). Spotlighting sustainability, seasonality, and local producers, each event offers a curated three- to four-course dinner paired with fine beverages and exclusive interaction with head culinary teams. New for 2026, all Dining Series tickets include admission to the iconic Royal Horse Show.

The Chef's Table Cooking Classes Presented by Milk returns with daily hands-on sessions led by top culinary stars, including Michelin-starred chefs Jeremy Austin (The Pine) and Rafael Covarrubias (20 Victoria), alongside Chef Ben Lim (Lunch Lady) and Chef Zach Smith (Fat Rabbit) and more.

• University of Guelph Showcase – Explore the future of Canadian food and agriculture through innovative ideas, research and hands-on learning from Canada's leading agri-food university.
• School of Moo – Presented by Dairy Farmers of Ontario, this interactive Dairy Education Centre offers children a hands-on look into modern agricultural practices, nutrition, and dairy farming innovation.
• Farmers vs. First Responders – The fan-favourite showdown returns as farmers and first responders go head-to-head in an action-packed series of physical obstacle courses.
• The Family Zone – More ways to play, learn and explore await with interactive games, hands-on activities, live entertainment, animal encounters and the fan-favourite mechanical bull challenge.
• Petting Farm & Animal Features – Feed animals at the Royal Petting Farm, watch daily sheep shearing demonstrations, cheer on the SuperDogs, and enjoy the Spirit of the Horse performance at the Animal Theatre.
