Special Presentation at Cambridge Puppy Graduation Night
MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 14, 2015 /CNW/ - On Wednesday, May 13, the 2015 graduating class of puppies earned their vests at the National Service Dogs graduation night in Cambridge, Ontario. This year the event was even more exciting, with a $40,000 cheque presented to the National Service Dogs from The Purina National, Canada's most prestigious dog show sponsored by Nestlé Purina PetCare Canada in partnership with the Canadian Kennel Club.
Nestlé Purina PetCare Canada, in partnership with the Canadian Kennel Club, had kept a portion of The Purina National's ticket sale profits for several years, with a goal of making charitable donations to worthy causes. The National Service Dogs organization is a well-deserved recipient in 2015. Representatives from Nestlé Purina PetCare Canada and the Canadian Kennel Club were at the National Service Dogs puppy graduation to present the cheque—it was a wonderful addition to an always heart-warming event.
