The conference is designed to equip performance improvement practitioners with the results-focused interventions and tools they require to enhance their professional effectiveness and success. Conference highlights include three powerful keynotes, the return of the popular Research-to-Practice Symposium, an internationally-focused Masters Series, 45 peer-vetted educational sessions, pre-conference workshops offering instruction on a range of industry-related topics, and the opportunity to connect with industry peers from around the world. The much heralded Research-to-Practice Symposium returns this year, to discuss Myth Busting: Separating Evidence-Based Findings from Unsupported Beliefs. The symposium will provide practical instruction and hands-on experience separating fact from fiction regarding the latest research and strategies arising in the performance improvement field.
This year's Masters Series has a global focus, highlighting what ISPI members are doing to build capacity in other countries and organizations. International speakers representing Macedonia, Chile, Ghana, China, Germany, and Canada will discuss successful applications of performance improvement in a global environment.
The conference will include 45 peer-reviewed educational sessions grouped along seven tracks: Analysis; Business of HPT; Instructional Interventions; Measurement & Evaluation; Organizational Design Interventions; Process of Tool Interventions; and Research-to-Practice.
In addition to conference programs, ISPI is offering a dozen pre-conference workshops leading up to THE Performance Improvement Conference. Single and multi-day workshops are available in specific performance improvement topic areas, including the Principles and Practices of Performance Improvement Institute, Certified Performance Technologist Certification Workshop, and more. Workshops are available for beginners, intermediate, and advanced-level professionals.
