MONTREAL, Oct. 16, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - The Montreal Canadiens and FANS Entertainment are pleased to announce that they have finalized a long-term agreement for the implementation of a new mobile entertainment platform available for Montreal Canadiens home games. With this agreement, the Bell Centre will be equipped with the most advanced mobile platform in the industry, bringing together a set of features to improve the fan experience, all accessible within the Montreal Canadiens application under the "At the Bell Center" tab.
Spectators will have, among many features, access to exclusive content, including the ability to watch game highlights, order food and merchandise from the comfort of their seat, and in addition to accessing interactive games, fans will be able to interact with friends and even locate them at the Bell Centre, all through social media integration.
The addition of this mobile platform is part of an ongoing objective to make the Bell Centre a leader in entertainment experience. In collaboration with its partners, the Bell Centre will incorporate multiple advanced technologies, including public Wi-Fi in the coming months.

Fans will be able to use "At the Bell Centre" features beginning at the Montreal Canadiens home opening game on October 16 for iOS users, with the Android version to be launched in November. As a result, over 875,000 fans each year will have access to the mobile platform while visiting the Bell Centre for Montreal Canadiens games.
