PROMOTING HEALTH AND PREVENTING DISEASE ACROSS CANADA
TORONTO, May 12, 2014 /CNW/ - Interested in your health? Want to learn more about preventing disease naturally? The Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors is offering a great opportunity to discover the many benefits of naturopathic medicine and natural approaches to health promotion and disease prevention. During the week of May 12-18, 2014, naturopathic doctors (NDs) across Canada will be conducting free public events at local book stores, community venues and in their own clinics. Presentations include: managing diabetes, stress reduction, digestive health, pregnancy, women's, men's and children's health and how naturopathic medicine can enhance your life. All workshops and lectures are given by qualified naturopathic doctors, primary health care providers with a minimum of seven years' post-secondary education, including four years of full-time study at an accredited naturopathic institution.
