"Being Frank" was created by Frank D'Angelo, the host of the show. The Being Frank Show broadcast originates from CHCH television at 1 AM on Friday nights. It also airs on Metro 14 in Montreal and is available nationally on Bell TV, Shaw Direct Satellite, Rogers Cable and Rogers On Demand. In previous seasons, it has boasted guests and show business luminaries such as Al Pacino, Paul Newman, Tony Bennett, Graham Greene, Bill Fichtner, Kim Coates, Estella Warren, Bai Ling, Raggae Rapper Snow, Pavlo, Dan Hill, Ian Thomas, Murray McLauchlan, Kevin Hearn of The Barenaked Ladies and many, many more.
To promote the show and his music, over the last year Frank has worked tirelessly on a mini-concert tour with stops in Montreal, Markham, Burlington and a special appearance at the Taste of Danforth in Toronto. And now fans in Southern Ontario have a chance to be among the first to hear Frank and his 15 piece band perform songs from his new 'Winds of Time' album live at Hamilton Place on Saturday September 15th. Tickets are available through the Hamilton Place box office and Ticketmaster (links below).
The Being Frank Show has a viewership that extends nationally in Canada as well it has a huge popularity in U.S. border markets including Seattle, Minneapolis, Buffalo, Rochester as well as cities in Maine, Vermont, North Dakota, Wyoming, etc.
With the first taping of the third season starting on October 1st, 2012, The Being Frank Show has committed to producing 24 one hour shows for season three from its studios in downtown Toronto located at Forget About It Supper Club, 325 King St. West in Toronto's Entertainment district.
