The Article 6 Marital Trust Created Under the Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust Purchases Shares of Titan Logix Corp.

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC, Feb. 2, 2016 /CNW/ - The Article 6 Marital Trust created under the First Amended and Restated Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust dated 4-2-07 (the "Trust") announced today that it has purchased 469,400 common shares of Titan Logix Corp. ("Titan") (TSX Venture: TLA) through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at a price of Cdn$0.57 per share.  Anita G. Zucker is the trustee of the Trust.

The 469,400 common shares purchased by the Trust represent approximately 1.83% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Titan.  

Prior to the transaction, the Trust owned 4,417,700 common shares, or approximately 17.22% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Titan.  As a result of the transaction, the Trust owns 4,887,100 common shares, or approximately 19.05% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Titan.

The common shares of Titan were acquired for investment purposes.  The Trust may acquire additional shares Titan, subject to price and availability.
