AMOS, QC, Aug. 27, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - On September 4, the Amos Service Canada Centre is moving to 502 4th Street East. As of 1 p.m., Canadians will have access to all the usual services that Service Canada Centre provides. Normal business hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The new location will provide the population with access to Government of Canada programs and services. The Centre will continue to meet the needs and expectations of Canadians. Among other things, they will be able to get a Social Insurance Number and submit a claim for Employment Insurance benefits or Old Age Security benefits.
All activities at the Amos Service Canada Centre currently located at 101 First Avenue East, will cease on Friday, August 31 at noon.
Service Canada is the Government of Canada's service-delivery network, and provides Canadians with easily accessible, personalized services, whether by telephone, by Internet, in person or by mail.
