TG Residential Value Properties Ltd Transfers to the NEX Exchange

VANCOUVER, March 27, 2014 /CNW/ - TG Residential Value Properties Ltd.(the "Corporation") today announces that it had applied to TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to transfer its listing to the NEX board of the Exchange.  The Exchange has advised that the transfer to NEX application has been accepted and an Exchange bulletin will be issued soon after this new release is issued.  In connection with its transfer to the NEX where the Company will remain suspended, the Corporation's ticker symbol will change to TG.H and it has cancelled 1,050,000 seed shares purchased by non-arm's length parties at the time the seed shares were issued for $0.05 per seed share, as approved by the shareholders at its annual and special meeting held on February 19, 2014.

The current directors and officers of the Corporation are as follows:

On November 29, 2013 the Corporation received a letter from the Exchange with a notice that it had not completed a Qualifying Transaction within the prescribed 24 months. At that time the Exchange also notified the company that it was suspended and that it would be required to: a) complete the requirements of the various securities commissions in order to lift their cease trade orders and b) complete a Qualifying Transaction before February 27, 2014, failing that it had the option to apply for a transfer to the NEX.

The Corporation intends to complete the Qualifying Transaction announced on February 1, 2013 and can offer no assurance that this Qualifying Transaction will be completed.
