TerraVest Capital Inc. Announces Closing of its $25 Million Bought Deal Financing

VEGREVILLE, AB and TORONTO, ON, April 17, 2015 /CNW/ - TerraVest Capital Inc. (TSX:TVK) (the "Company" or "TerraVest") today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering (the "Offering") of $25,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.00% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures due June 30, 2020 (the "Debentures"), on a bought deal basis, at a price of $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of Debentures. The Offering was conducted through a syndicate of underwriters consisting of National Bank Financial Inc. and CIBC World Markets Inc. acting as co-leads and joint-bookrunners, and including Raymond James Ltd., Cormark Securities Inc., TD Securities Inc., GMP Securities L.P., Canaccord Genuity Corp., Desjardins Securities Inc. and Laurentian Bank Securities Inc.

The Debentures sold pursuant to the Offering have been listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") under the symbol TVK.DB.
