TORONTO, Feb. 13, 2019 /CNW/ - TerraVest Industries Inc. (TSX:TVK) held its annual and special meeting of shareholders on February 12, 2019 (the "Meeting"). A total of 6,658,650 common shares (representing 39.04% of the 17,056,435 outstanding voting shares) were represented in person or by proxy.
