TORONTO, April 30, 2013 /CNW/ - Infinity Income Trust Management Inc. ("Infinity"), the manager of Infinity Income Trust (the "Trust"), announced that, as provided for in the Trust's offering documents, the Trust has been automatically terminated today.
Infinity will immediately commence to wind-up the affairs of the Trust. As the Trust's liabilities currently exceed its assets, no liquidation distribution will be made to unitholders of the Trust.
