The project is being developed by Tercot Communities in partnership with Greybrook Realty Partners and Cityzen Development Group. The project, planned for 240 homes includes single-detached homes, freehold townhomes and condominium townhomes.

The community of Kitchener will also benefit from Metrolinx's Regional Express Rail project, known as the GO Expansion – a project designed to improve the GO Transit service by adding all-day, two-way service with multiple transit stops along the Kitchener GO Transit line.
