Temple Hotels Inc. announces resignation of Executive Vice President

WINNIPEG, July 16, 2013 /CNW/ - Temple Hotels Inc. ("Temple") (TSX: TPH) today announced that, following his resignation as Chief Investment Officer of Shelter Canadian Properties Limited ("Shelter"), Mr. Douglas Wells will resign from his position as Executive Vice President of Temple, effective August 15, 2013. The services of Mr. Wells as Executive Vice President were provided pursuant to the asset management agreement entered into between Temple and Shelter.

Mr. Wells will remain a Director of Temple.

Temple thanks Mr. Wells for his contributions as an officer of Temple over the past nine months.
