Tecsys takes trio of best workplace and culture awards

The survey asks employees about their workplace experience across areas such as trust in leadership, camaraderie among colleagues and overall pride in the company. Responses are also reviewed across teams and demographics to ensure inclusion.

The Trust Index™ draws on feedback from more than 600,000 employees at companies across Canada and is one of the most widely used benchmarks for workplace culture.
