CALGARY, Nov. 22 /CNW/ - Sylogist Ltd. ("Sylogist" or the "Company") - (TSXV: SYZ), announces a dividend of 2 cents per share on Sylogist's Common Shares. The dividend will be paid on December 15, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2010.
