Suroco Energy Inc. announces grant of stock options

CALGARY , Sept. 15 /CNW/ - Suroco Energy Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: SRN) (the "Corporation") announces the grant of options to acquire a total 640,000 common shares of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.23 per share, such options to vest immediately and expire five years from the date of grant. Certain directors of the Corporation were issued options to purchase that number of common shares as set forth opposite their name as follows:

Of the options to acquire 640,000 common shares of the Corporation referenced above, an employee of the Corporation was also granted options to acquire 40,000 common shares of the Corporation.
