("Supremex" or the "Company") (TSX: SXP), a leading North American manufacturer and marketer of envelopes and a growing provider of packaging and specialty products, today announced that Bertrand Jolicoeur, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary will be leaving the Company effective December 15, 2017 to pursue another employment opportunity.
"Bertrand played an important role in helping us structure and integrate a key acquisition in the packaging space, which significantly strengthened our position in the folding carton packaging market" said Stewart Emerson, President & CEO. Lyne Bégin will act as Interim Vice-President of Finance along with her current duties. She has joined the Company in 2014 as Corporate Controller and also previously held this position with Supremex between 1994 and 2006. The company is in the process of engaging an executive search firm to accelerate the hiring process of a new CFO.
