Superior Glove offers free webinar about the dangers and causes of arc flash

ACTON, ON, March 21, 2017 /CNW/ - Following the success of announcing the world's thinnest arc flash-rated glove, Superior Glove is offering a free webinar called 'the No-BS Approach to Arc Flash.' 2000 workers are hospitalized annually for arc flash injuries. This webinar aims to explain what causes arc flash, how to prevent arc flash and the difference between arc flash and arc blast.

The webinar, happening March 23, 2017 at 2pm EST, will be presented by Superior Glove's VP of Sales US Robert Gheesling and content marketer Matt Burtney. Regarding the upcoming webinar, Gheesling said "there's so much technical information involved in arc flash. We thought the best way to protect workers was by presenting the information in an easy-to-understand format."

The webinar will include an arc flash explainer video, a recording of Superior's 18-Gauge Flame-Resistant Arc Flash Gloves in the DuPont™ Thermo-Man® demonstration and a question and answer period with the hosts.

The No-BS Approach to Arc Flash will also be available in an on-demand format after the webinar for registrants who are unable to attend the live session.
