PETERBOROUGH, ON, June 21 /CNW Telbec/ - Sunrise Power Corp. in partnership with Solectria Renewables is pleased to announce that its entire commercial inverter lineup is now available.
The Ontario domestic content compliant grid-tied photovoltaic inverters include 10, 13, 15, 30, 50, 60, 82, 95KW units ready for 2010.
"The growth of the Ontario market has been extraordinary, and engineers at both Solectria and SunRise Power in Ontario have worked very hard to make this product specially suited for the Ontario FIT market with CSA approvals and operating at 600v," says Paul Pauzé, SunRise Power President.
String inverters have been in production and shipping since January, and the full line of central inverters that qualify for the FIT program as per the Ontario Power Authority's directive, are now in production.
"I'm proud to say that SunRise Power will be a leader in manufacturing commercial inverters right here in Peterborough Ontario," said Scott McDonald, SunRise Power Vice president. "With the FIT projects just starting to come to life in the second half of 2010, we are expecting the Solectria commercial product line to become the inverter of choice for many Ontario FIT projects."
