Collett brings 20 years of international human resource experience from both public and private sector industries and joins Sundial's Senior Leadership team at a critical time in the company's history.

Collett holds an Alberta Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation and has worked as a senior human resource professional in the agricultural, health care, power generation and oil and gas sectors. She is specialized in the areas of leadership development, talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, and employee relations and compensation. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and a number of professional certifications.
