Bowl for Kids' Sake is a national event where people bowl and help raise money and awareness for Big Brothers and Big Sisters mentoring programs across Canada. Big Brothers Big Sisters is the leading child and youth mentoring charity in Canada.
The 2013 event began on Wednesday, February 20 and was held over seven days. London's Palasad South bowling alley was busy with the nearly 100 participants cheering for strikes and misses. The week-long initiative raised enough funds to continue providing services to the 1,300 young people in their London mentoring program.
Summitt Energy supports charity events throughout Canada and is especially proud to give back to the communities in which they have a sales office.
