SuccessFinder appoints seasoned Financial Services leader Charles Guay as President and Chief Operating Officer Français

Charles, who has been working with SuccessFinder as a strategic consultant since early spring 2018, will officially join SuccessFinder's fast growing team, effective September 4th. He will also be a member of the Board.

He has since founded his own strategic consulting firm in 2016. He sits on several boards of directors, including Pomerleau, AGF Management and the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation. He is the recipient of several excellence awards, such as the "Top 40 under 40", the Arista of the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Montreal and the Hermès Career Achievement award of Laval University, from which he graduated in 1994. Since 2012, Charles has also been a member of YPO, a global network of business leaders.
