STREETLIGHT INTELLIGENCE INC. ANNOUNCES FINANCING AGREEMENT WITH CASSIS
CAPITAL CORP.

VICTORIA, Oct. 19 /CNW/ - Streetlight Intelligence Inc. ("SLQ" or "the Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Cassis Capital Corp. (the "Agent" or "Cassis") to undertake the issuance, by way of private placement, equity of the Company for gross proceeds of up to $5.0 million. The offering will be completed on a "best efforts" basis.

The details of the pricing of the offering will be determined and disclosed in the near future.
