STREETLIGHT INTELLIGENCE INC. ANNOUNCES AMENDMENTS TO DEBENTURES

VICTORIA, BC, Sept. 21 /CNW/ - Streetlight Intelligence Inc. ("SLQ" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that both the holders of its convertible debentures as amended on December 22, 2009 and June 30, 2009 (the "Debentures") that were issued on September 28, 2007 in the principal amount (the "Principal Amount") of $787,000 and the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") have approved certain additional amendments (the "Amendments") to the Debentures.

Pursuant to the Amendments, the maturity date of the Debentures will be extended by one year from September 28, 2010 until September 28, 2011 (the "Maturity Date"). In addition, the Debentures will be convertible into units ("Units") of the Corporation at the holder's option at any time prior to the Maturity Date at a conversion price equal to $0.12 per Unit (as opposed to the former conversion price of $0.21 per unit), and at the Corporation's option at any time prior to the Maturity Date, if the average closing trading price of the common shares ("Common Shares") of the Corporation on the Exchange, or any other exchange on which the Common Shares are traded, exceeds $0.24 for fifteen (15) consecutive trading days (as opposed to the former amount of $0.42). Also, effective September 8, 2010 the annual interest rate related to the Debentures will increase to 12% per annum (prior to September 8, 2010 the interest rate is 7% per annum.)

Each Unit continues to consist of one (1) Common Share and one-half (1/2) of one Common Share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each whole Warrant will entitle the Holder thereof to purchase one (1) Common Share at an exercise price of $0.16 per Common Share until the new Maturity Date (as opposed to the former exercise price of $0.28 per Common Share on or before September 28, 2010).
