Strategic Resources Grants Additional Stock Options

REGINA, Nov. 11 /CNW/ - Strategic Resources Inc. ("UVR" or "the Corporation"), advises that it has issued an aggregate of 1,250,000 options at an exercise price of $0.10 to eligible participants of the Company option plan. Options are valid for 5 years. Prior to the issuance of these options, a total of 3,699,413 options were available for issuance as per the Company option plan.
