Stilwell Value LLC acquires shares of Kingsway Financial Services Inc.

TORONTO , Nov. 16 /CNW/ - Stilwell Value LLC, in its capacity as general partner of Stilwell Value Partners IV, L.P. (the "Offeror"), announced today that it has acquired 100,000 common shares at a price of US$3.12 per common share of Kingsway Financial Services Inc. (the "Company").

As a result of the acquisition, the Offeror now holds in the aggregate 5,525,000 common shares, representing approximately 10.69% of the total outstanding common shares of the Company.

The Offeror acquired these common shares for investment purposes and may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of the Company or dispose of such securities as it may deem appropriate.
