Sterling Resources Announces the Issuance of Stock Options
CALGARY, Aug. 24, 2015 /CNW/ - Sterling Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SLG) ("Sterling" or the "Company") announces that the Board of Directors granted stock options today to officers, directors and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. Options were granted to acquire 12,935,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.07 per share. The options are exercisable for up to a five-year term and vest over three years from the date of grant.
Sterling is a Canadian-listed international oil and gas company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta with assets in the United Kingdom, Romania, the Netherlands and France. The common shares are listed and posted for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) under the symbol "SLG".
