Results of latest satisfaction survey revealed
MONTREAL, April 16, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Once again, Stationnement de Montréal's P$ Mobile Service app has a very favourable evaluation, with a satisfaction rate of 88%, according to a recent survey conducted by the Léger research firm.1 The 20% increase in the app's frequency of use from the 2016 survey tends to corroborate the survey's results as to user satisfaction.
P$ Mobile Service is now a part of its users' daily lives, as nine users out of ten claim that they pay for their parking spaces only with the app. P$ Mobile Service also stands out because it is practical and easy to use. Subscribers are therefore unsurprisingly unanimous in recommending the app.
"The app has become essential, as more than half of payments for paid on-street parking are made with it," explains Charles Auger, General Manager of Stationnement de Montréal. "This satisfaction survey inspires us to continue to work on maintaining a simple and fast service."
"Mystery Parking" Contest
Today, to thank users for their loyalty, Stationnement de Montréal is announcing that it is holding a "Mystery Parking" contest, where nine users will be surprised while they pay for their parking spaces on Thursday, April 19, 2018, in one of the three popular commercial areas targeted for this contest: Plaza St-Hubert, Saint-Laurent Boulevard, and Mont-Royal Avenue. Winners will receive a variety of gift cards from local businesses located in these three commercial areas, while the grand prize winner, chosen at random during a second contest, "I Love My App," held on our Facebook page, will receive all gift cards being awarded.
