Starward opens sales office for luxurious bungalows

ANCASTER, ON, April 18, 2012 /CNW/ - The sales office for Starward Homes' exciting new bungalow and bungaloft development at 153 Wilson Street West, Ancaster, opens on Saturday, April 21.

The eight detached, condominium bungalow and bungalofts will feature luxurious main floor living, plus a maintenance-free, "lock and go" lifestyle located in a very exclusive enclave in historic Ancaster. The homes, which will offer distinctive elevations utilizing stucco, clay brick, stone and other unique materials, range in size from 1,743 sq.ft. to 2,698 sq.ft. 

Purchasers may choose between five exterior packages. All elevations are under architectural control, so no two similar elevations or brick selections will be side by side. Each home will have a paved asphalt driveway with paver border and paver walkway from driveway to front door, plus trees and shrubs planted as per an approved landscaping plan.

All homes will have a high efficiency gas forced air furnace, a central air conditioning unit and a heat recovery ventilation unit. The purchasing contract also includes four three-hour colour selection appointments with a Starward Design Consultant.

An alarm system, with one-year free monitoring, comes complete with two keypads, door contacts and motion sensors as required.

The sales office is located at Starward's current site Kitty Murray Woods in the Meadowlands, at the corner of Kitty Murray Lane and Stonehenge Drive.  Purchasers can speak to a sales representative and tour model homes similar to those being offered at 153 Wilson Street West.

Sales office hours are Saturday to Thursday (including holidays) from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Fridays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
