The latest Anova upgrade centers on enhancements to Anova Compliance, SS&C's powerful and flexible investment compliance solution. The latest release features improved data workflows, enhanced usability, and highly complex compliance monitoring.

Firms leveraging Anova 6.3 will benefit from enhanced operational monitoring and reporting. With a single click, users can analyze breaches and drill down into the underlying data used in each compliance test. Documents such as the relevant section of the investment prospectus or specific regulation can be linked to each test. Users are also able to quickly access the historic compliance test results and track breaches day by day.
The latest release empowers users to improve compliance monitoring for AIFMD and UCITS restrictions. Enhancements include the ability to set tolerances and report on tests that are close to breaching. Users then have the ability to identify where newly launched funds have deviated from restrictions and can report exceptions as derogations.
Upgrades to Anova Compliance also include a comprehensive and configurable compliance rules library with sophisticated data management, workflow, and reporting features. Clients will benefit from extended rules coverage to support compliance rules with highly complex and specialized logic such as compliance monitoring for Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs). Upgrades also include reporting improvements to facilitate the rapid identification and analysis of breaches and capabilities for calculating complex credit quality and diversity scores.
Additionally, clients now have support for 'what if' scenarios. Users can assess the impact of hypothetical trades and changes to market and reference data on their compliance test results.
