Sprylogics to offer travel and hospitality content for India via Goibibo

Goibibo, the leading travel booking service in India to be integrated into Poynt App and Poynt-Enabled SDK

("Sprylogics" or the "Company") (TSXV: SPY), a technology provider of local mobile search and messaging solutions for consumers and businesses announced that it has signed an agreement with Goibibo to integrate its travel booking and information services into the Poynt App and Poynt-Enabled SDK.

Goibibo is one of India's leading online travel sites, offering flight schedule information, bus booking, a hotels directory, hotel booking, car rental services, and other hospitality and travel related services.

Goibibo will provide Sprylogics with local travel content that will enable Poynt and Poynt-Enabled SDK users to book hotels and airfare in India. With this integration, Poynt App and Poynt-enabled SDK users can easily search and locate hotels near them, find flights and book reservations via Goibibo's class leading content engine, all without leaving the app.
