TORONTO, Dec. 11, 2017 /CNW/ - Further to the press release dated November 6, 2017, Sphere Investment Management Inc. ("SIMI") announces that, at a special meeting of each of the Sphere ETFs held today, unitholders of Sphere FTSE Canada Sustainable Yield Index ETF (TSX: "SHC"), Sphere FTSE Europe Sustainable Yield Index ETF (TSX: "SHE"), Sphere FTSE Emerging Markets Sustainable Yield Index ETF (TSX: "SHZ"), FTSE US Sustainable Yield Index ETF (TSX: "SHU") and Sphere FTSE Asia Sustainable Yield Index ETF (TSX: "SHA") approved the proposed change in manager and trustee from SIMI to Evolve Funds Group Inc. ("Evolve"), and in connection therewith, each of SHU and SHA will be merged into SHC.
It is expected that these changes will be implemented in January, 2018, subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory and third party approvals.
